Auction Terms
1. Registration
Only registered and approved bidders may place bids where bidder verification is required.
2. Bids
A bid submitted through the platform is intended to be binding subject to the published auction conditions.
3. Pricing
INR is the master auction currency. USD is an indicative international equivalent. Final payment conversion may differ at settlement.
4. Additional charges
Shipping, insurance, taxes, packing, handling and other applicable charges are additional unless expressly included in the lot or auction terms.
5. Documentation
Provenance and certificate information is presented where available. Collectors should undertake appropriate due diligence.
6. Settlement
Successful bidders must complete payment within the period specified for the relevant auction. Artwork handover follows confirmation of payment.
7. Fraud and suspicious activity
The auction administrator may review, reject or cancel suspicious or fraudulent bids in accordance with the published auction rules.
8. Jurisdiction
Unless a specific auction states otherwise, the applicable jurisdiction and dispute terms will be those published by Cultural Exchanges for that auction.
